Like the title says, not all website links are being embed (preview) when users post.

Stéphane Giguère you are referring to a website image preview in a post and its on the other website end/settings "issue" not a fCommunity fault.
In order to display image preview in a post that website shoud have implemented Open Graph (OG) meta tags or be configured with a SEO Plugin so when you paste a url here or on a facebook then a thumbnail/preview image will be included in that post.
Check those links here to verify image preview: https://www.heymeta.com/ and see if there is your expected result or an error.

ps. Some websites might also prevent a hotlinking but its not a case here.
D@vid in that particular second link above the open graph doesnt show valid OG data.
Example:
- 1st link meta tags validation: WORKS
- 2nd link validation: DOESNT WORK
All other cases I suggest to report via support ticket. Ninjas can investigate each case as they were reported here without a reply or a permanent fix.
D@vid I am not sure if fCommunity can processed an OG image long url with a some parameters or maybe the thumbnail url is taking everything before the question mark (or image url has max lenght and is truncated after x characters or a file extension).
In the second case with a short url without any query parameters it returns 401 and maybe that is why is not displaying that thumbnail - no clue. Lets wait for Ninjas.

Moi, ca me fait la même affaire mais, juste sur Facebook (même avec les post de mon site), j'imagine que cela dépend des sites ou de l'internet comment elle feel lol
It is strange, for example I would love to know why https://www.debacletosparkle.com/ works fine with the Facebook Sharing Debugger and can be shared on pretty much any platform, but doesn't work on Fluent Community (or Mat 's https://www.heymeta.com/)

I am not sure if your Rocket plugin has anything to do with it - disable it for testing purpose (just guessing)
ps. I just tested your link: https://www.debacletosparkle.com/ on a new WP instance with fCommunity and your OG populate the thumbnail but only in a Post (NOT in a COMMENT or REPLY to a comment). So it might be related to a cache or any other plugin/setting.
