No going back when click a #tag

You can tag your posts by typing #example. When you publish this post and a user clicks on that tag, it opens search and searches through all posts tagged with the tag #example.

Great actually. But when you want to go back in browser, it's not reloading the page. It changes the url in browser, but not updating the actual page.
