Nested comment replies for a post is not displaying in chronological order
For my community, I noticed the comment replies on a post (nested comments only) are not displaying in chronological order. The replies are grouped by the user in chronological order and not alternating between all users in chronological order. So when I read the reply thread, the comments are mixed up and the conversation is very confusing. Does anyone know why this is happening for me and how to fix it? I'm not sure if it's a bug or personal setting. Thank you.
If you reply to a comment, that comment should be a child comment.

Shahjahan Jewel Would it be because the users are not selecting the reply option under the child comment?
Vicki Chan currently, we only support 2 level nesting.

Shahjahan Jewel here is the screenshot of what I am seeing, I hope it explains my issue more clearly. Do you know why it groups the replies by user instead of displaying them all in chronological order?
Shahjahan Jewel do #hashtags work in reply comments, child comments?.. sometimes seems the hashtags dont activate in nesting comments
