[solved] Need your help! Two major problems.

Problem No.1: Canceled subscribers
I do not have an automation about that. Can you please help? When a user is making a cancellation Woocommerce Subscription make the subscription pending cancel but when the subscription ends i can't remove the user automatically.
Problem No.2: Inactive Users
I do this manually. I need an automation when the user has not logged in for about 20 days to send some email, like a fluent crm automation.
Anyone?
You can do this with WP Fusion, but probably not the lite version.

Jonathan Gwyer The second one completed 1rst manually with Dynamic Segment, also automatically with conditions when the user takes a tag. The automation sees the tag, waits 18 days, and then checks the activity before 20 days (tracking enabled). if yes sends a 3 step email. If no it restarts. Hope that will work well.

Yes, I'm constantly finding ways to do things - sometimes it's just thinking a little out of the box, a slightly different approach. Sometimes it even feels a little hacky - but that's fun too!
I'm building my own community at the moment where I'm hoping to document some of these lovely little tricks for the benefit of others. But it takes time ☺️
