Mobile version expanding the screen

When editing the profile, when I tap on any field to add text, the screen expands. To return to the normal size, I need to pinch to reduce the zoom. This usually happens because of the font size of the input text fields.

For more advanced users this may not be a serious problem, but for clients/students this can be very frustrating.
