managing access to fcommunity portal through fluent crm

For the moment we can limit access to portal through wp user role; would be great to be able to manage access through fluent crm tags.

is it in the road map ?

This will require FluentCRM Pro. You could then setup an automation for when a specific tag has been applied.

I thought that there were no hidden fees 😮

Ronald I'm afraid I can't provide a direct answer to that. What I can tell you is that FluentCRM has a free version and comes with a few features you can use. However, if you’re looking to access the Pro features, that would require an upgrade.

The free version of FluentCRM offers enough to get started with, and if that’s not enough, you’d need to work solely with the Community plugin as it is. The good news is that there are no hidden fees when adding extra features to the Pro Community plugin—it’s all straightforward.

It’s important to note that these are two separate plugins. Your purchase is specifically for Fluent Community Pro, not FluentCRM Pro.

Ryk Melck I find that quite confusing with all the other plugins. I might think something is part of a community plugin, such as chatting. But then it appears to be a seperated plugin called FluentChat and I need to check if that's for free or when paid functionality comes with that.

Ronald from what I know the FluentCommunity Chat addon is part of the free version of the Community. I could be wrong.

Ronald

Ryk Melck okay cool!

Ryk Melck so you mean we can change role with fluent CRM?

(only way to control access in FC)?

Ryk Melck

Christian Vanhenten yes, it part of FluentCRM Pro. Here is a basic example when a tag has been applied. You could well use other triggers.
