Make the JOIN SPACE button more prominent

If someone views a public space but is not a member, at the bottom of the feed is says - Please join the Space to post a comment. - then either show a link to the same page (space) or the join register page if not logged in.

For logged in members this text and link should be the JOIN link not the link to the same page the member is already on.
