Lower -> Upper Case Edit not possible

I've just noticed that you CAN'T edit a message if all you do is change a word from lower case to upper case and do nothing else. From a technical point of view, this makes perfect sense, but from a user point of view, something is not working here.

So you should either make this possible, or provide an explicit contextual message explaining why it's not possible (in non-technical terms, of course).
