Link with CRM tags not saving / not working

I have fluent community and crm Pro versions and when I try to link a tag to a course on the Access Management page it doesn't actually save.

I click save and after refreshing the page it doesn't save my changes.

My checkout is SureCart and I use the WPFusion integration to add tags on checkout. This works and the tags are applied and saved to the contact in crm.
