Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is 4-20s and blank page on mobile
I was super excited to try FluentCommunity but not sure it's going to work for me. I am on a 4gb 2 core premium flexible plan on Cloudways. When I load FluentCommunity, it is painfully slow, and the LCP is consistently 4s on desktop, occasionally going up to 20s. And on mobile, it just shows a blank page until I touch the screen. I so want this to work for my site. Any ideas what is wrong? I am also running Paid Memberships Pro on the site.
Is the site live yet? Do you have lots of users? Is PHP OPcache enabled?
Either a plugin with page caching is installed, or there is a limit on the number of actions in protection against DDoS attacks.
If you are not an experienced user, I recommend using a minimum number of plugins, only basic settings, and avoiding complex protection and HTML page caching.
If you're experienced, then you know all about server troubles, but you're absolutely right about one thing: this plugin doesn't glitch for no reason.
I do not have FC but I always have a full stack developer on standby when things go wrong with wp, themes, plugins and so forth, but try with a support ticket first. I try to solve until I cant get a solution, then I will hire a developer.
