Anyone knows why I cant use the @ ? It puts the text bold and big and dont writes the @ , I dont understand why :( anyone else?
Where are you inserting the @. It sounds like you are adding it to the title of the post, and not the content.

Sofia Carvalho I really do not know what's going on. I us a Mac and SHIFT+2. Works perfectly fine. Once the @ is added you start typing the user name. Have you opened a support ticket? I might be something to do with your system.
Sofia Carvalho are sure that is the correct keyboard short cut? my search say other wise. Ctrl+Alt+2 or Alt+Ctrl+2 is a keyboard shortcut most commonly used to make a heading 2 in Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
