Issue With Subscription Pricing Display

1. My subscription form isn’t showing the correct recurring price after the free trial. It says the monthly cost is $0 after the trial instead of $8.28. Where do I update this so the correct billing amount appears? (see attached)

2. Can Fluent Forms require users to enter their credit card information upfront, even if the subscription starts with a free trial? I want payment details collected before access is granted.
