Issue with cookie mismatch (also using Inactive Logout Pro)

So I'm getting cookie mismatches, and have traced it down to Inactive Logout (Pro). I think this is likely a mismatch because FCom maybe updating the nonces but Inactive Logout isn't aware of this happening?
