Issue Updating User Profile Picture: First name is required
Hello Everyone,
Hope we are doing great. My site seems to have a problem.
Was working more less on a staging url and everything seemed to work well until I switched to the main url. I basically just renamed the url to the production url.
Now when users attempt to change their PP, they get the above message.
In fact, I cannot disable the comments as well (First name is required).
Could anyone ever faced this and how did you go about it??
Not sure what happened to your case. How you moved to production site? Maybe REST API issues. Check the chrome dev console -> Network and see the errors.
Shahjahan Jewel just renamed the url from xxx.site.com to site.com
Hi Shahjahan Jewel, after some further research into the issue, we realized it has been caused by the bunnyNet acceleration. Seems like when it's enabled, this happens all the time.
Some advice should be given to others.
