Introducing Insights - FluentCommunity 2.12

A lot of you have told us the old Reports screen didn’t really show what’s happening in your community. So we rebuilt Insights.

The overview shows your activity trend, active and new members, your busiest spaces, and a “Needs Attention” list, so you can see what needs a look today.

We also added Engagement, Members, Spaces, Content and Moderation reports. These help you see who’s active, which spaces are quiet, what content works, and how moderation is going.

Every number is compared with the previous period, so you can tell right away whether things are moving up or down. You can choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or a custom range, and export any table to CSV.

A few other things in this release:

  • Drag spaces and courses into any order you like
  • Live unread badges for the spaces you’ve joined
  • Faster member filtering on big sites, and a faster editor
  • Security hardening and a lot of small fixes

Please update, open Insights, and spend a few minutes with your own numbers. More cooking.

Oh yessss ! Thanks you so much

Amazing updates. Thank you team!

Amazing, Shahjahan Jewel It would be helpful to add an option to have course modules closed by default. This would allow learners to focus better in longer courses—preventing them from feeling overwhelmed by a long list—by only showing relevant modules or keeping only the module containing the current lesson open.

This is fab! Thank you. 😍

I like the updated Insights, but it just took away some data I was using. If I look at Members and their total posts and comments, I can only now see the top 10 ranked individuals--I was tracking all individual posts/comments numbers. Prior to update I could see totals for everyone. Can I get that back, in some format (even if it is only in the Export CSV version)?

Sharon C, thanks for the comment, we will review this.
