Image Support Needed for Course Lesson Descriptions

I'm writing regarding a feature request I submitted three months ago on your community roadmap platform (https://community.wpmanageninja.com/fluentcommunity-roadmp/#/idea/593/). Despite multiple comments from other users supporting this request, there has been no response or solution provided.

The Issue:
Adding images to course lesson descriptions below videos in FluentCommunity is extremely cumbersome. The image block displays the message "Upload an image file, pick one from your media library, or add one with a URL" – but the process is ridiculously inefficient.

Here's the actual workflow I'm forced to follow for every single image:

1. Prepare my image on my computer (resize, edit, etc.)
2. Save it locally
3. Navigate away from your tool to the WordPress Media Library
4. Upload the image to the Media Library
5. Copy the URL from the Media Library
6. Return to your tool
7. Paste the URL into the image field

This is maximally inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when creating comprehensive courses that require numerous images.

Why This Matters:
Course lessons that include both text and visual elements are far more effective than text-only descriptions. The current workflow forces an unnecessarily complex process that wastes valuable time and prevents us from creating high-quality courses efficiently.

Requested Solution:
Could you please prioritize implementing one of these solutions:

• Make all the promised options in the image block actually work (direct upload, media library integration)
• Add direct paste support for images (the simplest solution)
• Implement a rich text editor similar to WordPress post editor, as suggested by other users

I appreciate that your team is likely busy with multiple development priorities, but this feature has been requested by multiple users and would significantly improve the usability of your platform.
