I'm in the process of implementing a community using a traditional Forum/Boards type plugin. I really like this as it is more modern. There are many different suggestions that others have made and I feel I can use However, my biggest request, which I managed to get my forum provider to add as a feature, is the ability to let registered users to post anonymously. They will have to be registered users and not just let anyone post if you make the community private or gate it some how. But if they are a registered user and they need to post something, I would like to give them the opportunity to do it anonymously. The reason is that I run a business community highly involved in government regulations and procedures and individuals would like to ask a question without identifying themselves so they can get an answer and not have anyone solicit them for legal or consulting services. I hope that makes sense and wonder if it could be possible to accomplish.
