I'm having trouble adding links under Menu Settings

Curtis Marshall, It's an error. See attached image!
Under Menu Settings you'll find Add New Link for each of your Menu Areas. Just click add new link for your selected area. Under that Add Custom Link menu, ensure that you have "Enable this link" selected.
