I keep receiving this error after every few days, it is very frustrating

We did a detailed investigation on it. Most probably the issue is with your server's page caching. Please disable full page caching.
Shahjahan Jewel that's not a good solution, especially if there's other content on the site.
I was able to exclude the community url from caching which solved the issue rather than completely disabling the caching.
