#idea from Slack

Though I dislike Slack, there are times when the option to simultaneously post a comment in both the current thread and as a new post in the primary active channel is useful. For example, it may have begun as a reply to someone, but also served as its own independent post. This feature should be used sparingly to prevent excessive duplication, so perhaps as an optional feature to include, and userlevel based- whether tied to role in leaderboard (attainable by all), or fixed (permissions granted by admin).
