I want to replace Patron and Youtube members
This is what a majority of users are looking for but don't know it yet. YouTube frequently updates its policies. More and more users and developers are looking for an alternative to Patron and Youtube membership. Most complain about the algorithm and that they are not reaching a majority of their viewers. So i think the Fluent Community can really kick this up to the next level and also help you sell more licenses, especially in the $199 price range.
What if you guys created a complete install template specifically for startups? I'm talking about a ready-to-go, all-in-one package that YouTubers and startups could just plug and play.
The first is the Youtube Problem.
Discoverability and competition, algorithm unpredictability, monetization challenges, content creation burnout, communication gaps. These are just a few.
The 2nd is the patron problem.
Limited ability to distribute free content and build a sales funnel, inconsistent and unreliable engagement, scheduling limitations, lack of analytics and insights.
What I would like to see in Fluent Community is a complete back end build so YouTubers don't have to rely on Youtube and Patron. When you take a look at circle and skool I think that this is what they are doing. With minor changes the YouTuber can customize Fluent Community to match their theme of their website, and it is a done deal. Don't take my word for it. Skool is being promoted on YouTube. And in a way taking away users from the backend of the platform and membership and redirecting patron members to their platform.
Plus this will make a great alternative. Leverage Facebook groups, consultants, and other resources to seamlessly integrate into the ideal Fluent Community Build. When you add this, you are solving a major problem that most creators are experiencing. Not everyone wants to create from a blank or semi- blank build. They just want to plug in and go and then worry about the tech after. Remember you havea lot of one person businesses out there. more so in the ecom space.
if you are starting up, you just want to plug in and go.
If you are on Youtube. You hear it all the time. Creators are making the switch to rumble etc because of the discoverability and competition, algorithm unpredictability, and monetization challenges.
I guarantee you an up sale in the $199 if you take all of this into consideration. I have many other crazy observations. But one of the main ones is that creators wanted to replace their patron and YouTube membership because of the discoverability and competition, algorithm unpredictability, and monetization challenges that they faced. https://www.patreon.com/posts/1059892
by having everything in place, so the can connect the user to the right membership level or community level on the front end. all they have to do is edit their prices and features of what the user gets on that level

Hi Davis

I agree with you on that.
I think there is huge potential in the ready-to-go FC templates aka setups and maintenance service that goes with it.
Cheers.
