tom chen, That video does not help actually. Can you check your server log so we can take a look. I also sent you a personal message to debug further.
With the update, i can just see the following notice in my debug logs:
PHP Deprecated: Constant FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING is deprecated in /wp-content/plugins/fluent-community/app/Services/CustomSanitizer.php on line 111
wasn't there before.
