I just tested sending another Community Member a direct chat message, and the UI got stuck on some sort of 'loading' screen until I refreshed the page. [see screenshot]
Additionally, I tried to send a test direct chat message to Not Important but the chat message would not submit (but also did not show any errors)
Jeremy Moll check if you see my PM/Chat now. I have just sent you couple of messages. Just refresh the screen (F5) and see any changes. If you see my messages then it might be an issue with the first chat message. Lets test try again.
Yes same happened tO me I had to refresh and press send a few times until it was sent
