I don't understand the integration between FluentCRM and FluentCommunity.

I created a form with FluentForms that allows visitors on my website to subscribe. These data are being sent to FluentCRM. In FluentCRM, I can assign the contact to a community space using the 'Select Action' option.

However, I get the message: 'Will apply to the contacts who are already a registered Site User.'

Does this mean that every contact also needs to be set up as a WordPress user to be able to join the community? If so, what would be the best process to automate this registration?\nWho can help me?

Yes, you need a wp user. Before the 'add to space' action, place a 'create wpuser' action, in the welcome email set a smartlink with autologin to the space

Natascha VantuykomΒ how can I automatically create the contact from the crm as a wp user. I don't see any choice there.

Andre SalierΒ do you have fluentcrm pro?

AndrΓ© Salier

Natascha VantuykomΒ No, I am using the free version of FluentCRM. I don't actually need FluentCRM; I only installed it to set up the registration of members for the community.

Andre SalierΒ creating a wpuser is a pro function

Natascha VantuykomΒ It can't be that you still need the FluentCRM Pro version to register as a member of a community! Is there no other way to do this? Shahjahan JewelΒ what do you say to that?

Andre SalierΒ when you want to use the create wpuser action in the automation, you do.

You can try another plugin to create a user

Andre SalierΒ Do you have something like Uncanny Automator or WP Fusion that can create a user based on a trigger from FluentForms or FluentCRM?

AndrΓ© Salier

William BeemΒ Unfortunately I don't have one, which plugin can you recommend?

Nicole SalierΒ the latest update on FluentForms (free) lets you create a user/login for community
