I cant seem to insert my fluent form into my fluent community course module page help!!
I have created a form in fluent forms and copied the short code to be able to embed inside my course page but there doesnt seem to be an option to insert short code. and fluent forms does not come up a a block i can add am i missing something?
I have FCpro and fluent forms but not the pro version do I need pro version to insert a form surely not?
You need to type the shortcode out manually. Or paste it in with the square brackets then add those manually. The shortcode will then load but may not have the styles you would expect.
Ross HΒ Indeed, the display is completely broken. Hoping that native integration arrives soon or the ability to insert pages. Incredible that this feature is not integrated
Dragan STAMENKOVICΒ when I copy and paste the code inside the brackets then save i go to preview and it goes to reload and show me but just stays blank so I have no idea if it is working or not.
Also I am finding when I go to edit the course the pages are loading really slowly if at all. I have shared hosting at present because I am still building the membership site but is this why?
We have noticed the issue and it's only happening when you set the slug as the homepage. We will fix the issue in the next version.
Shahjahan JewelΒ To confirm, are you talking about a fix for the ability to fully use forms in courses (or other content), or are you referring to the slow editing issue Lynda mentioned?
Lynda PopeΒ Β For the moment, it works very poorly, like any other plugin shortcode. The design is completely broken and causes the content to bug. Let's hope in the next update that shortcode or iframe content will be taken into account directly in the course text editor. I'm thinking in particular of an integration with HP5, which is also highly requested. By allowing shortcode, it would open Fluent Community to many educational possibilities that any LMS must have. For now, the best feature for this is to use the Ross HΒ theme, which allows you to use the WordPress page system and therefore natively shortcode. It's always better than nothing.
