I am unable to add members to my communities. I set up 3 depending on customer tags. I have attempted to add members and when I go back in with their email address I get a message of No Data. Any advice?
Again, any advice on how to add members? Cannot fully test just by myself.
Currently, we don't have any email triggers for adding members. So if you add a user to the community and next time they visit the community, the community account will be created automatically.\ In the next version, we are going to trigger emails as well as create community profile instantly.
Shahjahan Jewel, I'm not trying to email, but use their email address to add them to a certain community such as Staff. I click the Add Member button, the first time I was able to pull up one of the staff in the User section, select their role and click Add As, and nothing happened. Now I can't pull up that user at all, it says No Data. I could only add one image to this reply FYI.

If this is not how to add members to a feed, then how do I add them? I don't want this open to just anyone but use as a communication tool between select users/members.
Can I get an update please? Or advice?
