I am receiving an error after updating the admin account's Community Account Username. The error now occurs every time I try to visit the user's profile or edit the user's profile. I tried to replicate the issue with a new user and was not able to. The original admin account, however, is not usable as it keeps triggering the error below.

Please reload the page and it should work. In the next version, we are handling the issue.

Shahjahan Jewel, unfortunately a page reload did not have any affect on the issue

Jeremy Moll when you are referring to orginal admin account do you mean Super Admin account (WP-Admin) or any Community admin?

Jeremy Moll

Mat, the affected account was both: WP Administrator Role and therefore an "Admin" in Community

UPDATE - I was able to replicate the issue with the username "jeremy.moll.2" - It may have to do with the use of periods (.) in a username

Jeremy Moll

This is confirmed. Every time I include a . in the Community Account Username, this breaks the user's account with the above error shown (and no way to rewrite the account username again)

I was able to "fix" these accounts by manually revising the Community Account Usernames in the fcom_xprofile table (to remove any .'s)

Jeremy Moll, We have already fixed the issue in our dev branch. Can't wait to release the new version but looks like it will take few more days.

Shahjahan Jewel, okay - good to know! Awesome.
