How to select users for inclusion in private space?
I have a community with spaces that I need to be private, and only beta testers are allowed in. Is there an ability to manually add them to the space?
barring that, what is the recommended means of adding a new user role and applying it to users so they and only they have access to the community+spaces?
Manual way: Go to members -> Invitations and then you can add by existing users or invite by email.
Easier way: Go to FluentCRM, filter contacts that you want to add a space. Select all, from the bulk actions, Select Add to Community Space and boom it's done!
Shahjahan Jewel thank you for the response. If I visit the portal, I can see members at the top, but there is no invitations option. I can see Active or Blocked.
Ah, wait. I have to be inside the particular space to see the invite, not just view the portal.
