Bryan William, yes you can. this is the purpose of testing for Best testers. First you need to download this plugin from here and install it manually (this plugin is not released to the Public yet so you wont find it in the wordpress plugin directory.
Note: dont forget that this is Beta plugin so you take a risk when installing on your Live Website (it is recommended to install it on a staging site first).

You can configure your notifications in the User Profile > Notification Settings here - it might help but the best option is to visit this fCommunity on your own on daily basis etc.
