How did you enable “Install as app” (PWA) for FluentCommunity?
Hi,
I noticed that this FluentCommunity site can be installed in Google Chrome as an app (opens in a standalone window).
I want to enable the same behavior on my own FluentCommunity-based site, but I’m worried about breaking dynamic things like feed, notifications and chat.
How did you implement this safely?
Is this just a standard PWA plugin / manifest + service worker setup?
If someone already did this with FluentCommunity - could you please share your approach or recommendations?

Diego Maradona The problem is that if you set the community page as your first page you dont have push notifications.
Ioannis Glossopoulos But doesn't FC have native support for push notifications yet? Also, when using Progressify, do users get push notifications for replies to their posts/comments?
Marek Yeap they get notifications my problem now is that I want the first page to be my community not my home page
Ioannis Glossopoulos Can you explain? My fluent community is set as site.com rather than site.com/portal. Does that mean push notifications via Progressify won't work in this instance?
