Try to open documentation for this and maybe there will be written something about regions. Other than that, I suggest to not use aws s3 because it's without CDN and costs will be high when your community will get big. CloudFlare R2 works as CDN out of the box and is like 10x cheaper and obviously much better.
Rosvaldas Nudas, we did follow the documentation step by step. We are using S3 for other things too and are really happy with it
I am using s3 too, but I'm repeating s3 itself has no cdn so CloudFront needs to come on top which is the most expensive cdn on the planet while of course s3 itself is the most expensive storage too. If you use CloudFlare R2 you get cdn there out of the box for your files and it's much cheaper. Anyway don't know the reason or your issue, maybe fluent only supports us buckets for now only. Again, with R2 you eliminate even regions issues.
