Hi, what are the recommended minimum requirements for the community plugin, php wise and variable wise, such as timeout, max upload size, etc....

Use at least PHP 7.4. There are no other extra requirements. All other things can be as standard as a normal WP site.
This site is running on a $10 VPS server.

Ok. I'm getting app.js errors that's keeping the feed from loading on my client's site. I'm just testing it out. I have all the usual suspect plugins there - nothing crazy - gravity, acf, tutorlms, and the like. about 40 plugins in all.
