Help need, clarification need!
I have made a tag for every completed order, a general tag for access to my community "Active member".
I connected this tag with Fluent Community mapping in Fluent CRM. Every space and Course has linked with this "Active Member" tag.
I also clicked the Sync this tag with the course/space access.
The problem:
When the user leave a space, the tag is removed from the user and he can't join a space or course, he is completely restricted.
Anyone can help me out?
Synced tag is two way. So when someone get that tag, they will be added to the course/space and if someone leave, that tag will be removed from the contact.
For your use case, it will be better, just use an automation, so when a purchase made, add that user to the selected spaces / courses. So the access will not depend on the tag.

Shahjahan Jewel i ve made an automation with fluentcrm pro tag removed (active member) -> blocked from community -> end funnel
Best practice with tags is to give each space/course its own. More clarity and easier to troubleshoot.
