Has anyone else tried installing Fluent Community in a site with the Blocksy theme live? I can't access the portal at all on 2 websites with this theme, but on 2 other sites with different themes it's working well.
Hi, I am using Blocksy on my site and its working well
It is hard to tell what is the error you have or nature of your case (a blank screen? Any redirection?).
All your 4 websites are exactly the same (plugins, code snippets etc) and they are a brand new WP instances or are you trying to add the fCommunity plugin to existing websites?
PS. Standard troubleshooting is required. Check if you have 404 redirects on those 2 websites. Check the Dev Console: Network in the browser for any errors etc. Disable cache for /portal. Don't use multisite (as of now). Make sure you don't have any page called: Portal so the slug /portal is dedicated to the fCommunity plugin (unless you know how to change it).
BTW: Implementing Beta version in a live website might be a risky idea.
