Global Block Tag

Hello, I'm using fluentcommunity with fluent CRM and WP fusion. This last plugin has an option to block entire site if user has specific FluentCRM tag. But it is not working... I really need to use this function so I can block people with tags like "notpaid" "notrenewal" etc...
