Forms for Login and Register - HTML in description

What I like is the register form with 2FA. I don't know if I could get it with a customised FluentForm Pro.

Therefore I have to put my links in the description of the forms (both) and the links are shown in edit mode on the left side.
But links are not working in frontend view.

It would be very helpful to use simple HTML Tags like
strong, a href... or < p >
