For the roadmap SureCart / SureForms
For the roadmap, I would prefer integration for SureCart as an WC alternative. And for Sureforms would be also nice. Why? SureForms are 100% Gutenberg Block based and in these case a got much more flexibility as in FluentForms. I Know it is a competitor and I like and use FluentForms Pro but it is not blockbased and as a Bricksbuilder developer want this for special customer needs. Thanks.
I think they have an automation plugin which is SureTriggers and all of their integrations are managed by them. As both SureCart and SureTriggers are a SAAS platform, that means all of you data does not belong to your WordPress. They are hosted by their own server. So it's really hard to integrate.
I would recommend to talk with them for any kind of integrations.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Good point about data ownership. They just released SC ver3, which integrates with Bricks, and might help facilitate integration. An alternative is North Commerce: just released ver 1.0, and data lives on WP. Less robust than SC but hopefully that will change; NC will be integrated with Etch (Kevin Geary of ACSS), and has a strong Bricks following. Kelly (NC) is very open to integrations. https://northcommerce.com/
Simon HΒ I looked into their version 3. They just added the custom port type to for the product contents. Still they store all the customers, products, orders data in their server.
SureCart integrates very nicely with FluentCRM. We've got automations set up to add users to spaces when they sign up for a subscription in SureCart, and then remove them again if they cancel.
You can probably do similar with Flowmattic. But I'm really beginning to appreciate the power of FluentCRM doing this kind of stuff. Using it in combination with WPFusion Lite, I've already replaced one MemberPress subscription and working on another.
The ability to send marketing emails for less than Mailchimp or Mailerlite is just a bonus!
Jonathan GwyerΒ I currently user LearnDash and WPFusion with ActiveCampaign and WPFusion allows courses to be linked to tags.
I hope FluentCRM and Community can also work this way because then simply adding a linked tag would add or remove someone from a course or other space.
This would save the need to create and maintain dozens of automations and ideally it could be done without needing WPFusion as FCRM and FCommunity are both from the same developers.
Shahjahan JewelΒ is this something we can do?
Hac MediaΒ yes - all possible with FCRM. I'm just using WPFusion for access control on some of the other content on the site.
Jonathan GwyerΒ I am aware that it's currently possible.
What I'm suggesting is being able to define a linked tag to each space.
The presence of this tag would do the same thing as the automation without needing to create and maintain that automation .
It would be much more convenient and could be built in to Fluent community.
In some cases we have dozens of groups across dozens of sites that adds up to a lot of work creating and maintaining these automations.
All of that could be avoided if the ability to link a space to a tag was built in .
Does that make sense?
Hac MediaΒ yes, I'm with you. The benefit of using automation is the ability to send welcome emails etc, but just being able to link spaces to tags would be great.
