FluentCommunity Video Calls (Jitsi + Zoom) πŸŽ₯πŸ“ž

Been on this since Novermber last year, studying fluent community dev doc and zoom dev docs. I would finally say, I have done it. This is a Big One.

FluentCommunity Video Calls (Jitsi + Zoom) transforms your FluentCommunity-powered community into a complete video collaboration platform.

The plugin adds built-in video conferencing directly inside FluentCommunity Spaces, allowing community members to start and join live video calls without leaving your website.

Powered by Jitsi Meet and Zoom integration, it provides a seamless way to host community meetings, online classes, group discussions, coaching sessions, webinars, and private space conversations.

No extra accounts are required for Jitsi. No complicated setup. Just enable video calls inside your FluentCommunity spaces and start connecting.

Diego MaradonaΒ Thank you

David Fore

So, I am using Zoom to host multiple weekly meetings with my Ministry & Community. I have a Zoom Pro account that allows us to have 100 participants (not that we've ever had anywhere near that many yet), and each meeting can be up to 24 hours long, (again, not that we run meetings that long), so with this plugin, do I still have all of the same admin functionality with my Zoom Pro account as I do now without this plugin?

I really like this idea of keeping Members inside the Community. This is really nice! 😁

WiLson Eberechi

David ForeΒ Yes you have all admin capacity of zoom pro working with this plugin. That's the purpose of this plugin, to fit all authentication of zoom(zoom sdk, server to server oauth, etc). From the admin end of this plugin, you scheduled, list out all meetings, delete, increase meeting duration, ended meeting recordings would be posted on your feed on that particular space. Your meeting schedule created would notify your members via email or on your space feed, if you turn them on on the plugin's admin end(by default they are already turned on). Lots of other cool features as well.

David ForeΒ check your DM for login credentials for testing.

Due to some members on this platform, stalking me, stealing my work, concepts and ideas, I have made the testing eligible for legit members. Kindly understand why I did this, I can't spend months on a project, just for a man old enough to be my dad to steal it. He even joined my community, direct messaging my members, I kicked him out. He's on this WPManageNinja fluent community site.

WiLson EberechiΒ Name and shame (with proof).

WiLson EberechiΒ is there a way we can test this?

WiLson Eberechi

Natascha VantuykomΒ kindly check your DM, I've sent you the login credentials for testing.

This is an amazing addition to FC.
Is this something that can be extended to other virtual meeting software?
I have a lifetime license with MEETN.com and I don't use Zoom.
Thank you for the great work!

WiLson Eberechi

JFΒ I'm already working on adding Google meet and WebEx, studying their dev doc.

I am just knowing about MeetN, I'll take a look at it, study it and see if the video provider can be added.

JF

WiLson EberechiΒ wow thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Keep the great work

WiLson Eberechi

JFΒ I've been checking on MeetN as you requested, I found no public dev doc for MeetN. There's no API, sdk, jwt/signature, no Oauth, hooks or even some JavaScript snippet that exposes their video conference provider for integration. They depend solely on URL from the site(MeetN.com/yoururl). Since you're a verified customer with them, you could contact them to expose rest API or sdk or even Js that exposes their video provider for external integration.

I noticed, some persons are actually complaining to them to expose something API or any.

And I think that's why they're not that popular, since they are not flexible and cannot be used externally.

They don't even have developer documentation, I've searched the internet and I couldn't find it. If you by chance stumbled or somehow get it from them directly, kindly share it with me.

JF

WiLson EberechiΒ thank you very much for looking at it... I will ask their support and see what I can get.

This looks promising. Are you providing a trial code? Would like to try. Cheers

WiLson Eberechi

Matt WinΒ Thank you. Check your DM. I've sent you the login credentials for testing.

Would love to test this as well - I run a creative membership community and use FC and Zoom exclusively. This would make meetings so much easier - thanks.

Robert Rodriguez JrΒ Thank you. Kindly check your DM. I've sent you the login credentials for testing.

Really nice work! have seen the video and suppose google meet will come after zoom? :P

WiLson Eberechi

Jorge Nava (SolidCapo)Β yes, Google meet and WebEx as well. Studying their dev doc as we speak. The new video provider, Google meet and WebEx will be added.

Katherine Stott

This is amazing, I've been hoping they would release something like this soon. Is it possible for you to send me a test link too? πŸ™

WiLson Eberechi

Katherine StottΒ Thank you. Kindly check your DM. I've sent you the login credentials for testing.
