Fluent Support question: Will there be a tab in a users profile to see support tickets? I'm just testing this now and do not see a place to see support tickets linked to the community.
You can add any custom links from Settings -> Menu Settings then Profile Dropdown Items.
Yes, I get that I can add a link to the support page, but the attached sample would be much more ideal and intuitive.
