Floating bottom nav menu on Mobile

Please verify if there is still an issue here with the bottom nav menu on Mobile - its not always sticky.

Case scenario1:

Select any user from the top All Members and display user Profile.

When the profile is empty (there is not too much data provided in the user profile) we can scroll the screen to the top with our finger and the bottom menu is moving up (but it should be sticky to the bottom of the mobile screen).

Case scenario2:

You can scroll the post or a comment text field to the bottom position of the mobile screen by scrolling the Mobile screen with your finger.

Then once you set the position in this place colicky inside the text field (a post or a comment) so you can start typing a message.

Once you start typing the bottom Mobile nav menu will start moving up but only in a case where the Mobile keyboard will cover the text field completely so you don't see it on a Mobile screen because you see only the Mobile keyboard.
