Files in R2 CloudFlare.

I uploaded a test file to a class of the course.

However, I went to cloudflare and removed the file, but it continues to appear in the class.

When I try to remove it, it gives the following message as shown in the image.

Will we have an update on this in the future?

The way here is to remove the entire class and add it again?
