File upload size limit to cloudflare r2

Hi there, I'm using r2 as media storage, when I try to upload file with big size (~800MB) as attachment to space post, it looks like the file is successfully transferred to R2 bucket but it disappeared from the post. I'm wondering if there is file size upload limit in FC software or anything can config to fix the problem?
