Feature Requests: a list

Hi guys, I have a list of requests :D

I’m also including those I’ve previously opened in separate topics!

1. Mandatory title for discussions, please 🥹 or at least an option to make it mandatory
2. As an admin, the ability to set a default discussions layout for all users: I’d like to set the compact view as the default in the feed instead of the “expanded” view
3. A closed tagging system: for each space, tags could be set by the staff and then selected by users when they open a topic
4. A formatting toolbar could be really useful, both in topics and comments. This way, even the newbies could use all the commands without any issues :)
5. Changing how dates are displayed: instead of seeing "2 days ago," "2 hours ago," etc., being able to view the exact date and time (e.g., post from October 19th, 20:10 - and here I’d also suggest adding the possibility to customize the date and time format)
6. Custom emoji set: I’d like to be able to import my old, beloved emoji from my previous forum 🥰
7. Restrict or limit users’ ability to delete or edit messages
8. Make the section name a title instead of a hashtag -> for example, "posted in #getting-started" becomes "posted in Getting Started"

I believe I've included everything, at least for now 😂

As I mentioned in other topics, I come from a fairly complex, structured, and long-established forum system—Invision Power Board.

The tools there are much more comprehensive, and I think you could take some inspiration from them to enrich the features here! ❤️
