Feature Request:

Implement auto ChillOut mode regarding post/comments submission.

• RateLimits per spaces: how fast the user/userRole (Subscriber) can submit a post per second.

  For example: if the default RateLimit for the Space will be set to: 10 seconds and the user will try to submit a second post/comment in <10 seconds then the warning/tooltip will be displayed: "Time for coffee Chill out for a moment: + countdown is displayed: 10..9..8.. seconds before you can submit next post".

  If the user wont wait the time and will try to submit another post/comment then ChillOut time will be increased x2 until max value wait 1 min". 🤣

  In addition a small coffee animation would be visible - similar effect as: "Community Hearts Beats" so other users can see that there is someone who needs coffee.

• Admin could also specify max number of posts/comments per the user/userRole:Subscrber per day. Default value: 50 posts/comments per day should be ok.

• Limits could be changed in Pro (or even this feature could be in Pro).

Limits could be also applicable to PMs especially if Chat Widget would enabled on Public landing page.

Anonymous users would have strict Chillout Mode: 1 post per IP per min etc
