Feature Request: This plugin would be even more awesome with shortcodes to create dynamic data from the portal anywhere in native wordpress:

Total Member Count: Display dynamic total members anywhere on the site.
Post Author Portal Profile: info box that links to profile vs author page:
Mod members: My Team Carosel
Spaces/Community box link: displays a info box about a specific community
Leaderboard Shortcode: display leaderboard anywhere outside portal
