Everytime needs login details, any thoughts?

Hello,

I told my members to put my community in their homepage as an app in order to have it easily reached from their phones and as a habit. Many of them told me that everytime they are trying to open the home page icon it needs password and username.
Any thoughts why this is happening and how i can solve it?
