Error String translates Minute to Month when displayed on Mobile

With the String "Joined %s" when translated into Vietnamese it will be "Joined %s" but when displayed on Mobile it is "Joined 1 minute ago" and on Computer it is displayed correctly as "Joined 1 month ago" > This causes a big misunderstanding for users "Minutes" is completely different from "Months" Shahjahan Jewel 🙏 Looking forward to getting this fixed
