Error : No email was sent to administrator for flag by site rule

I am testing FluentCommunity, and it is a fantastic product !

Hi, i would like to report that email is not sent.

Here the flag rules was "https". Flag is OK, but not email was sent to admin to review. Email is correctly sent for other rules like "First message".

Other small remark : French language is ok, except for the new fonctionnality, like "Review".
