Email Digest
I'm still struggling to get my head around the weekly email digest.
I have around 800 members and the first time I switched on the email digest, I set it for Tuesday mornings. Whilst it seemed to send an email to every member, it was a bit sporadic in its timings. Emails seemed to go out in batches over a 24hour period. Whilst not ideal, at least every member was contacted, so I thought I could live with that.
HOWEVER, the following week, the first batch (of about 120 emails) went out on Tuesday morning, but no other emails were sent, so only members with email addresses being with A to C (roughly) got a digest.
Putting aside the timings, which I can live with, not sending the digest at all is a problem as I don't get regular check-in with members which obviously leads to lower engagement.
Anyone else experienced this problem?
Shahjahan Jewel - Don't know if you've seen my post from a week or so ago. The email digest on my site seems to reduce and this week, it sent nothing! It worked the first week I switched it on, the second week it processed about a 3rd of the users and this week it hasn't sent anything! Any ideas how to get this working consistently? (I'm using FluentSMTP connected to Postmark)
