Duplicated likes under posts

Please verify why some users can like the post/comment more than once - see the example below where I was able to Like the Fluent Community - New Release 1.0.76 post twice - I am not sure how this even happen. Are likes limited by session or a device or there should be only 1 time like under a post/comment entry. Is there a way to cheat? haha
